INCENSE PEBBLES

Designed to be versatile and timeless, the incense pebbles were born from inspiration found in two worlds: the shores of Japan, with a gifted stone full of curious holes and tiny shells, and Lithuania’s Baltic coast, where each pebble is thoughtfully crafted. This union reflects Ondou’s philosophy of bridging two cultures – Japan’s wabi-sabi aesthetics and Lithuania’s deep connection to nature – celebrating the beauty of imperfection and life’s natural cycles.
Each pebble is carefully hand-shaped to be a universal incense holder, with a variety of holes designed to fit almost any size of pressed or bamboo stick.
Beyond their function, Incense Pebbles are a little piece of magic:
- One-of-a-kind stone: No two pebbles are alike. Each carries its own texture, holes, shape, and story.
- Soothing touch: Hold a pebble in your hand and feel its smooth, polished surface and grounding weight – a tactile experience that brings a sense of calm.
- Good luck charm: In Lithuania, finding a stone with a naturally formed hole is quite rare, and this rarity has led to the belief that discovering one brings good luck. Inspired by this tradition, Ondou’s pebbles, full of unique and natural holes, can serve as a similar good luck charm – a small reminder of the treasures found along the shore.
