Product care	Although Ondou products are intended for everyday use, they are also functional art objects and require handling with care. While the high-fired stoneware ceramic is extremely durable and can resist scratches and common damages, it is still brittle and can break when too much force is applied. Avoid exposing your pottery to sudden temperature changes, such as placing a cold dish in the microwave or a hot dish in cold water, as this can cause thermal shock and damage.
Is it dishwasher safe?	Yes, but like with all hand-made objects, hand-washing is recommended.
Is it microwave safe?	Yes, although we do not recommend using ceramics in the microwave because clay is a highly conductive material and the piece will become very hot to the touch.
Each item is unique	Each item is handmade and will show the marks of this process including intentional “imperfections”. The products pictured reflect the overall image, size, and colour of the piece. However, each piece is unique with differences in applications of glaze and slight variations in size, shape, and capacity. The dimensional error can be ~ 1cm, the capacity ~ 50ml, the weight ~ 50g.
