General shipping information

At Ondou, we take pride in being a small, artist-owned business. Each order is prepared with care, and we need 2-5 business days to get your items ready for shipping. Shipping Within Lithuania

We offer two convenient, insured shipping options:

– LT Express (Lietuvos paštas) Parcel Locker

– Lithuanian Post (Lietuvos paštas) Courier Delivery to your door or post office.

Once shipped, your package will reach you within 1–4 days.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in the Palanga area, Lithuania, upon arrangement. Please select the ‘Local Pickup’ option at checkout.

International Shipping 

We ship with Lithuanian Post (Lietuvos paštas).

Currently, our online shop does not offer a direct international shipping option to all locations. However, we are working on expanding our services. In the meantime, feel free to contact us at studioondou@gmail.com, and we will be happy to calculate shipping costs for you. When reaching out, please mention the product you wish to purchase and your shipping address so we can provide you with an accurate quote. 

International Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery to European Union countries usually takes 3–10 days. For countries outside the European Union, the delivery time is individual and may vary depending on the destination. 

Taxes and Custom Fees

For customers outside the European Union, please note that you will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These additional costs vary by country and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

International Shipping Insurance 

We ship with partly insurance, meaning Lithuanian Post insurance policy covers the costs if the package is lost. Unfortunately, Lithuanian post insurance policy does not cover all cases if the product arrived damaged therefore we can’t guarantee the refund in all cases. Parcel Packaging

At Ondou, we take great care to ensure that our products arrive safely. Given their fragile nature, we use additional cushioning and protective materials to safeguard your order during transit. To stay as eco-friendly as possible, we often use recycled or repurposed packing materials. Rest assured, these materials do not affect the quality or condition of your ceramics — they simply help us reduce waste and minimize environmental impact.
