| Product care | Ondou pieces are crafted as functional art objects. While made from high-fired stoneware fired to 1220 °C — which makes them highly durable and resistant to everyday wear — they are still ceramic and can break if dropped or subjected to strong impact. | Dishwasher use | Yes, but hand-washing is recommended to preserve unglazed exterior textures. Dishwashers and harsh detergents won't break the item itself, but they can gradually wear down its original finish. Use at your own discretion. |

| Handmade nature | Each item is handmade and shows the marks of this process, including intentional “imperfections.” The products pictured reflect the overall shape, size and color of the piece. However, each item is unique, with differences in glaze, texture and slight variations in size, shape and capacity. Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting conditions and your screen. Dimensional variations can be up to ~1cm, capacity ~50ml, and weight ~50g. |

Shipping calculated at checkout.Hand-built high-fired stoneware cups made to be used and to age well. Shaped entirely by hand using pinching and carving techniques, resulting an organic form, textured surface and natural cracks created during the making process. No two cups are exactly alike.
The exterior is unglazed: raw stoneware clay, polished smooth after forming, revealing the natural colour and grain of the material. The raw exterior gets naturally smoother with use and wash over time. The interior and rim are glazed with a semi-transparent glaze that pools and breaks into patches.
Available in smaller sizes with varying volume between 200-250ml, and bigger with volume between 270-290ml.
